  • By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • All products remain A Woman's Favorite until full payment is made.

  • Placing an order with A Woman's Favorite you warrant that you are 18 years old (or  have parents' permission to purchase from us).

  • All transfers conducted through A Woman's Favorite are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection.

  • The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. 

  • Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored. 

  • Shipping cost and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

  • All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by A Woman's Favorite as responsible for the personal.

Shipping Policy

Our Website offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35 within the US. A Woman's Favorite reserves the right to change this shipping promotion at any time.

  •  Most orders are delivered within 4 to 6 business days using USPS First Class Mail Service.

  • A Woman's Favorite are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.

  • All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing.

  • Please note if delivering to a P.O box there might be delays.

  • We do accept orders with a billing address different from the shipping address.(As long as the billing address matches the address on the credit card statement and both address are located in the United States).

  • NOTE: A Woman's Favorite reserves the right to choose not to process and ship any order at our discretion.

Damaged Products Policy

​If you received an item that is broken or damaged...

  • You may contact service within 3 days for a replacement. After 3 days items will not be replaced

  • Contact our customer service team at customerserivce@awomansfavorite.com, we will respond with the appropriate return and a exchange instructions.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full store credit or an exchange only.

  • Returns must be made within 3 days of your receipt date for a full store credit or exchange. After 3 days no returns or exchanges.

  • Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return.

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charges unless other wise stated.

  • Please make sure to record your tracking number because we can not issue store credit until our office confirms the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

  • Allow up to 1 to 2 weeks for our office to process your return item(s).
